Drinks without the booze are a great addition to any party you’re planning this summer. You might even find they become the star attraction. Here are three we think are a breeze to make and bound to be a hit at your next BBQ.
Nojito
An alcohol-free version of the always popular Mojito (Serves 8)
320 ml soda water
15-20 mint leaves
4 limes cut into wedges
240 ml apple juice
160 ml lime juice
120 ml elderflower cordial
Crushed ice
8 sprigs mint
Place mint leaves in the bottom of a large jug and crush a little to extract flavour. Add apple juice, lime juice and elderflower cordial. Fill jug with crushed ice and stir to mix. Top up with the soda water and garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint.
Minosa (Serves 1)
50 ml Seedlip Grove 42
25 ml clementine or orange juice
Top with cold soda water
Serve in a fancy flute and garnish with an edible flower

Moroccan Lemonade
A delicious, mint-infused thirst-quenching lemonade (Serves 8)
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup caster sugar
1 tsp orange blossom water
10 cups chilled water (still or sparkling)
4 mint stalks
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Combine lemon juice and sugar in a large jug. Stand for 30 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Add orange blossom water, chilled water, mint and slices of lemon. Stir until well combined. Serve. (You may need to divide lemonade into 2 jugs.)
