Our number one priority is keeping you connected, so that your water remains hot, your house is warm, and you can continue to cook. 

Under orange setting, we are back to business as usual, following the guidelines to work safely under the relevant settings. We are doing new connections, reconnections and other works. Apply for a new connection online or call 0508 427 482. Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5.30pm and Friday 8am to 5pm.

You can get your connection application started online now and we’ll be in touch within two business days. Once your application is confirmed and approved, we can usually connect you in 10-30 days.
